STOP LOOKING AT SHOCKING, AND PORNO IMAGES!
Stop looking at it. What is the point abusing your eyes and mind and afterward repeating the abuse, over and over?
I know. I have urges to look at fat men, etc. and to try on old clothes that don't fit. Your body is trying to tell you something. My body is saying to be pleased with yourself, don't be depressed.
You're guilty about something, aren't you? Or maybe you're disappointed about something.
Try to fix whatever's wrong and you'll be fine.
Take a nap and never look at those pictures again or you can keep looking at them until you get bored of them and learn to accept them.
well first of all stop looking at porn...and you should see a doctor, you might have ocd. i have it and when an image comes in my head it never leaves, just try to think about something else, it will still be in the back of your head, but just don't let it bother you.
Be careful what you put into your mind...this may mean cutting out the news all together too...

it is normal to watch porn, but if you don't want to watch porn, then keep yourself busy by doing something else, such as reading or playing some video games.
Look at something else or find another hobby, something satisfying that you want to do or derive meaning out of.
See a shrink about OCD.
when you feel like looking at something gross, do something else instead. Create a specific activity that you can do INSTEAD of looking at gross things. Say you're about to look at something gross, instead, do something else. People who have quit smoking usually replace the act of holding a ciggarette with something else.

Compulsions
Compulsions are repetitive behaviors that you feel driven to perform. These repetitive behaviors are meant to prevent or reduce anxiety or distress related to your obsessions. For instance, if you believe you ran over someone in your car, you may return to the scene over and over because you just can't shake your doubts. You may even make up rules or rituals to follow that help control the anxiety you feel when having obsessive thoughts.
Typical compulsions revolve around:
-Washing and cleaning
-Counting
-Checking
-Demanding reassurances
-Repeating actions over and over
-Arranging and making items appear orderly
OCD symptoms involving compulsions may include:
Washing hands until the skin becomes raw
Checking doors repeatedly to make sure they're locked
Checking the stove repeatedly to make sure it's off
Counting in certain patterns
try this... tell your self instead, to look at these images... and know that you can look at them all the time, whenever you want... I guarantee you'll lose interest.
Honestly, I would think of how this is going to affect you in the long run. If you can't stop doing this I think it shows something about yourself. You need to have a reason not to look at this kind of stuff. I am sorry for your trouble, but this type of thing will only lead to more problems stop while you can.
