How can one find their way out of a boredom and depression that's almost stifling?

Question:
I try to get into things, sometimes I've been limited by physical situations or they aren't as interesting as when I started.

Answers:
Learn a new language!!
wat?
One thing you could do...
YouTube shows videos on how to learn things. Depending on what you like it's out there for you to learn. Like you could learn to use Photoshop, or you could learn to play a guitar. You could learn to sing. You could learn to do just about anything and it's time consuming. A lot of the reason I think people get depressed is they have way too much time on their hands and we just sit and dwell on unhappy we are. You could easily learn new hobbies in the comfort of your home, or you could watch videos, play video games. Go for simple walks chill by the water read a book. Any way hope I helped
wow.
i hate to say it, because from reading some of your other questions you're very into nature based solutions, but you need to see your doctor. you might need meds. (and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it if you do) or maybe therapy.

good luck and bright blessings on you.
