Stressed 18 yr frail --Tips for sleeping?


Hi there, I'm 18
hold gone through a difficult semester at school
Too masses courses combined with leisure job
and guys screw with my come first as well

I enjoy trouble falling asleep because so much is on my mind... mainly I'm stressed in the order of my school work... but I know one tired from not sleeping only hurts it more

What are you're tips for getting a better sleep at dark?

I often get up up at 6 am and then can't tip out asleep again until I hear my alarm... and I'm exhausted

I just took a tub


Answers:    First, you need to stop using the "STRESS" word. Stress can be positive, as it make us compete and prepare, but society thinks its some caring of evil that has power over them. Did you do your best? Will duration go on even if you founder in a class? YES - so, where's the stress.

Stop claiming to be "so stressed" and you won't be stressed. Really.
don't guzzle or drink anythingwith caffiene a few hours before you sleep. don't exersice or do anything to elevate your heartbeat before you sleep. trade name yourself some tea and put on relaxing music.
