Answers:
Nothing can lower your IQ except for brain damage. But stress can affect academic performance and how you apply your IQ
Try breathing through your nose. It cools the brain like the fan on the back of your computer. There's actually a scientific reason people who are into meditation do this.
It can't lower your IQ... only brain damage of sorts can do that.
There are some natural supplements that can help with stress and relaxation if you wanted natural help for that. There is St. John's Wart, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, L-Tryptophan/5-HTP (is for relaxation and sleep), GABA, Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and Valerian (also for sleep) are some of the most popular and most effective stress relievers and/or relaxing supplements.
i dont no if streaa can but if u get mad u can loose up to i think like 19 or something IQ points
Stress can be a factor in your ability to concentrate, to reason, and can also have physical symptoms such as headache or eye problems or nervousness.
Your IQ should be unaffected, but your ability to access it at a moment of high stress may be hindered.
Yes, I have experienced what you speak of.
Think of what it is like to respond in an emergency situation, you do what needs to be done, but your adrenalin keeps going afterward, and then I tend to emotionally fall apart and not be able to do much of anything. That could be a stress response.
