Daily rate for a live-in certified aid?

Question:
I have a certified aid who takes care of my mom who has Alzheimer's. I pay her direct instead of going through an agency. I was just wondering what other people pay for this type of service. She is live-in and works about 10 hours a day/five days a week. I know the rates that people pay will vary by area...but I'm just looking for ballpark figures. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Answers:
The rate would be lower since she is a live-in. Considering her rent is paid, we must take into account if she contributes to utilities, groceries, etc. Our neighbor had a live in whom they also paid for to eat and they compensated her at $10 an hour.
$15 to $20 an hour - 10 hours a day = $150 to $200
