Answers:
It's always a good idea to write down your symptoms, as well as the date and time, and what you were doing, if it relates to the sypmtoms at all. Having this information will be helpful to the doctors in making a diagnosis. Good Luck!
i would. I have done it before. It is such a pain to try to contact a doctor after an appointment to tell them something you forgot.
Great idea. I think you should write all your symptoms and all the questions you might have. That way you will help your Dr. to test you, both will gain time that way.
This is always very helpful. So as you don't forget anything when you get into his/her rooms. Even when you are in the waiting room or his/her room and you think of something, write it all down.
Absolutely! The better you document your symptoms, the better your doctor can diagnose your problem.
Good luck!
