Well yes it could be, but it could also be something that they have been around all of their life, and so they keep questioning if they too have it. It sounds like they should really go and see a professional. Cause it could be something else .

If you have to constantly question yourself about anything that you do, than you should already have the answer to your question. Meaning you could have OCD and just be in denial.
