Cry myself to sleep?

Question:
everything has been making me unhappy, for way too long.
i have lost almost everyone that ever meant something to me because ive changed too much..i know you may say this is depression but i am not looking for that type of response. I just want to know if anybody has any ideas of ways to help myself feel better . . .

Answers:
all you have to do is to release what you feel..for example, if you want to cry, then cry,,,if you will do that, its just like making yourself freefrom depression... HAVE FAITH IN GOD
Just think of hope in your future. Remember that someday everything can change in your life. I'm sure your not completely alone. So if your not try talking to someone like your mom whenever you feel down. Or you can try talking to a friend, believe me this really does help.
Good luck!
There is a natural grouping of people in every crowd and as soon as they do they exclude the outsider people . You are one on the outside . Being a loner may also mean you are a wonderful person full of the best in life but you don't fit and they will make you stay as an outcast until you give in to the group controls.
surround yourself with friends. thay will always have a way to cheer u up. also family helps too. or just plan fun stuff for yourself.

remember u have a zillion people that love u.

Life is hard and we do change, but we need to take our changes and make something positive out of them. I take one day at a time, I don't think about tomorrow, I think about what I got going on that day, and when something new comes up that day I deal with it. One way to cheer yourself up is to cheer someone else up. It really works. Try to laugh more often, even if it seems silly to do so. If you are negative it will produce negative thoughts. Try to be positive, When you are positive, it makes the persons you are with happy to know you and it makes for a happy you too. For today when someone ask you how you are? Tell them I am great! I am going to look at life with a more positive attitude, I will find the silver lining in every situation no matter what. I will look at the cons and pros of my situations and I will choose the pros to do, over the cons. Take care of yourself! Dress nice, take pride in who you are, have enthusiasm for life and the things that you do, be creative, write, draw, sing. Fix your room up, redecorate it. Listen to music and dance to it, be silly do it in your room. Look in the mirror and say I'm pretty, I'm loving and caring, I am important. I will make other friends. Life is hard because we do lose people we love for one reason or another. But we have to continue to live and in doing so we will meet lots of other people that will come into our lives and make us happy. oh you will continue to lose people through out life But remember that is a part of life. Our job is to be the best person we can and to help other people. To have respect for ourselves and for others. Give yourself a hug and tell yourself you love yourself, pat yourself on the back when you do something good and know it cheered another person up and you too. Good luck! You can do anything you set your mind too. Hugs! Von
