Glucose
Anything containing significant amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids. Salmon is one such food.
Spirulina (phytoplankton) is the best brain food. They used to say fish but it is polluted now. Spirulina, a blue green algae, is the most nutrient dense superfood with low molecular weight proteins that pass through the blood-brain barrier. See greens drinks on site below.
FISH GET THEIR OMEGA-3s from eating algae. Spirulina has more omega-3s than fish, more calcium than milk, more vitamin E than wheat germ, more B-12 than liver and more iron than spinach.
