What food is best for the brain?


Question:
What food is best for having a sharp brain, and a good memory. Don't say studying, I already study a lot. School gave me summer vacation to rest and I'm using it wrongly by studying all day in order to get ahead of others. But it totally comes in handy later when the people that didn't study during summertime forget what they learned before in Middle School

The food that contains Docosahexaenoic Acid also known as DHA. Cold-water fish, such as mackerel, salmon, herring, sardines, black cod, anchovies, and albacore tuna, are rich sources of DHA and EPA. Similarly, cod liver oil contains large amounts of DHA and EPA. Most fish oil supplements contain 12% DHA.

ummm... there is no "Best Food", its what ever you feel like eating.
i would say fish. because fish has omega 3. or walnuts.

But why is it so important to get ahead of everybody else? There's a lot more to life than studying! It's cool to be smart and learn things, but not to hold it over everybody else- that just sounds like a good way to make enemies!

FISH GET THEIR OMEGA-3s from eating algae. Spirulina has more omega-3s than fish, more calcium than milk, more vitamin E than wheat germ, more B-12 than liver and more iron than spinach.
ahmm, i think its ahmm, nuts,fish, vegetables and fruits..

but too much of that too is not good,,

The only "food" that the brain uses is glucose. Nothing else can pass through the blood-brain barrier.
