How do you release ur stress?
Question:
Answers:
I personally go out in my backyard and hit a baseball or kick a soccer ball around for a bit. Everybody's going to be different. A lot of people like to go running, kick boxing, some scream into a pillow, and others use a punching bag. Find something you really like to do, and that allows you to release a lot of aggression without causing harm to yourself or anybody else. Hope this helps. :-)
Laughter and massage
I go running or hit the gym. Helps relieve stress and helps you look good.
smoke pot, have a beer or two.

running/working out, blasting music really loud & singing along, calling a friend to vent
this may sound wierd but im not joking. i have two ways of relieving stress.
1 i go and play a shooter video game where i can blow something's head off and feel no remorse at all and just plain kikass.
2 i go and hit the punching bag for an hour.
after doing one of these two i always feel better
Silence, in a hot spa tub with bubbles!
I write it down in a journal, or clean. My husband knows when I need some down time if he comes home to a sparkling house. LOL.
Yoga, and reading my Bible.
meditate , relaxation cds and tapes
Go beat the crap out of a bunch of tennis balls, go
work for Habitat for Humanity and pound all the nails
I want to as hard as I can, go shopping for shoes!
get a facial and massage, and of course, really great
sex takes away all kinds of stress...
Maybe journaling... I do that, and then (since the walls in my room are unfinished) I do some extreme painting all over them. That was actually fun. Don't use a brush either. I'm still kind of having trouble not hurting myself anymore, but painting is definitelty good where you can just splatter it everywhere and stuff.
Some of the stress releasers are:

Running
working out
massage therapy
painting
walks
loose yourself in a calming place
Depends on where the stress is coming from, however physical activity like running, working out, riding a bike, or yoga are good stress relievers.
