Could this be stress?

Question:
Lately my stomach has been hurting a lot. I know I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety. & every time I eat, I get nauseated, & my appetite has decreased over the last 3 days.

Answers:
It may be stress. I hope you don't have an ulcer. I always lose my appetite when under stress.
Yes that sounds like stress. you should hopefully get your appetite back soon.
That definately sounds like stress! Your stomach muscles get cramped whenever your stressed out about anything for a long period of time. This is normal but if it lasts for too long it is not healthy. Try to relax (I know.. easier said than done!) but seriously, try to look at the positive side of everything. For me, exercising helps relax me, reading, going on a vacation (fun fun!), taking a bubble bath, shopping (ooh yeah!), whatever! Try to solve the problem whatever it may be. Also, try putting a hot pad on your stomach to relax your muscles thus, taking away the aching feeling!

Hope you feel better soon!

stress is our middle name . relax
It sure sounds like stress to me. But, if this keeps up or gets worse, you should see a doctor, because it could be something more serious. In the long run, you'll be better off to deal with the cause of your stress. Any doctor will tell you this.
