See my answer to your previous question. Have you experienced any major life events lately. Is something major worrying you.. Just off to college, death of a relative...If so this reaction is normal.
As stated before watch your caffeine levels.
Also in addition to my last answer do you have problems getting up in the morning .this could be depression.

you could have depression, talk to a doctor or someone close before you feel even worse that you want to kill yourself, Life is what you make it, get out spend time with your freinds eat ice cream, have fun trust me it helps

it sounds like depression. just force your self to do things everyday, don't stay in house alone, get around some friends, get a temporary roommate. thats what i did before long the sadness seems to disappear and you realize that everything is okay. It was hard to force myself out the bed everyday but i had to if i made plans the day before. so i kind of tricked myself into living everyday. Keep yourself busy and keep a journal or talk to yourself, i found that it really helps with emotional breakdowns. anyways i hope you pep up soon. if it gets worse find a support group or see the doc.
