Blueberry is a good one. It contains one of the few antioxidants that cross the blood-brain barrier. Omega-3 fatty acids are also good. They are most abundant in fatty fish (tuna, salmon), walnuts, flaxseeds and flaxseed oil. You could also take fish oil capsules. Some brands, such as Smart Balance, are adding flaxseed/oil to things like their peanut butter and mayonnaise to increase the omega 3's.
I've heard that peppermint works well for that.
