What do you do when your hungry but your to tired or lazy to make anything to eat?

Try eating a bowl of cereal - has protein and carbohydrates so is a decent meal for every so often.
as for the internet thing = try cutting your time online short by 10 minutes , and when you are comfortable with that - cut it by 5 and so on. Make sure you have something you like to do available for when you aren't online. Its a habit, and you can break it. goood luck
Order something that u can have delivered! Then once you've eaten get out there and interact w/ the world! You don't sound depressed, although I'm not a doctor. I just think you've become more social with the Internet rather then the real world! Get out and have some fun!!
But are also addicted to dying?
If not get up off you butt and make yourself something to eat.
Go do something useful that you need to do.
Then reward yourself with a limited time on the internet.

since its so hot..and it seems you're kind of sedentary, then just drink water. sometimes dehydration is mistaken for hunger...and even if you're not too dehydrated, drinking water will make you feel full--at least is solves the problem of not having to cook. make sure you eat though!! im not saying you shouldn't eat!! lolol =)

I used to eat to relieve stress, you could be eating to get over the stress caused by the hot weather? If you're eating to make yourself feel happier for a long period (as in over a day at a time) I would defiantely see your doctor. Make sure you're drinking enough water + a bit more, if you're dehydrated you could be feeling down because of that.
Also, do you have any friends or family you could visit? Depression + Internet friendships usually doesn't help me feel happier, at it might be a good idea to talk to someone who knows you (If possible).

I am depressed and pretty lazy most of the time. Especially in the summer.
I cook big pots of food and eat the leftovers for three or four days so I don't have to cook.
I am addicted to my computer too, but I don't bother with scratch tickets.
