When I used to be presciber them they made me do realy weard things that I'd then forget. Any one else had trouble with them. Also they weren't up to much for help with sleep.

i was on this medicine for a few months and it didn't do anything for me. i couldn't even tell that i was taking medicine
I'm on that and haven't had any problems with them, it's the only thing I've had that has helped my sleep.
