Major anxiety.?
Question:
Answers:
Yes, it does sound like an anxiety problem, with some OCD components. Sounds like a terrible way to live! I'm so sorry you're having these troubles.
You said you were getting professional help and that it helped things calm down. Does that mean you're not getting the help right now? If that's the case, I really recommend that you get some help again. Sounds like the person who you went to was helpful - why not go back to him/her?
The good news is that anxiety disorders can be amazingly easy to treat. You don't have to live this way.
Please really consider getting some help again. You're worth it. There's no reason why you have to feel this way anymore.
Good luck to you, and God Bless!

I suffer from anxiety and have been on many different medications for help. You may want to start exploring that option.
Yes, it sounds like an anxiety problem, but I would recommend going back and seeking professional help. Maybe this time seek a Christian counselor for a different perspective.
Yes, a definite anxiety problem, I had something like that too. What helped me tremendously was an antidepressant from my doctor. I tried two before I found the right one. It does take a while before they kick in, a few weeks or so, but I just don't worry about things like I did. It is not a happy pill, it just makes you feel stable and in control of your emotions.
Good luck!
What do you have to be anxious about? Nothing is going to happen. Your scared that something bad is going to happen. What are you in Junior high or Highs school. The only thing that you should be worried about is pimples at the most. Stop worried about nothing and start having fun!

Yes, that definitely sounds like an anxiety disorder. I have panic disorder and what causes my panic attacks is going to crowded places like the grocery store or mall. Even before I leave my house, I'll start thinking about all the people that will probably see me having a panic attack and then I get so sick on my stomach that I feel like throwing up. Right now, I'm in college and being exposed to my fears by having to give presentations and running the school library. That's where I'm typing this from =] It has helped my panic attacks and anxiety a great deal although I still have them. I would suggest going over your symptoms with a doctor or counsel. A psychiatrist might even be better because most family practice doctors aren't well-informed about anxiety disorders and other mental illnesses. Good luck!

Ok lets not even talk about taking any drug, because what if you have this all your life do you really want to be taking some sort of drug for the rest of your life? I don't think you do. I have really bad anxiety but I deal with it and you can too.
You can try buying a stress ball and squeezing it when you get anxious. You can also learn to dance. Dancing is a great way to get that out, and you can also do exercises that will give you a small work out to get rid of the anxiety. Try to find other methods don't take drugs. You probably need more activity in your life get out more and enjoy your self :0)
