Most thinking comes from resisting what is, in the form of seeking something else. So just stop seeking for what isn't.

Are you religious if so church functions uplift. Just talking with a pastor or priest can relieve the most stress. I went to a revival and people said my complexion was extremely vibrant and that I was glowing. I also felt like I took a dozen showeres in a row. If you are not just seeking a couselor even at a hospital is great. You need a trained professional though because friends and family can only help but so much.
Just stay away from alochol and drugs those two never helped anybody!
If you keep telling yourself that , then you will continue to feel that way.Think of the worse thing that has ever happened to you.and how you handled it...It did go away. right.? don't worry about things that you have no control over...The past is gone aand the future is not here..BE HAPPY...
You really need to seek professional help. I just went through some of the same things and had to seek professional help. (I was hospitalized for passing out and getting a concussion.) Don't wait to long, the symptoms can and will only get worse. GOOD LUCK!
You already are depressed. Seek professional help, quickly ...doctor, counselor, pastor. Don't wait, hoping it will get better.
