Question:

Answers:
I just go to bed at night letting myself know that even though today sucked...tomorrow is a new day.
if it's really bad, just sleep.
but usually I will just do something I enjoy and it lifts my spirits out of the deep.
excercising releases endorphins that cheer you up. :)
Find a happy song..it ALWAYS works for me

I recomend the beatles
listen to music or think about that special someone.
Do something to take my mind off it, like watching TV. I find this very hard to do and sometimes talking to someone can help.
Depends on your personality. Some people like to soak in a hot tub surrounded by scented candles and music. Others like to go out with friends and blow off steam, hit the gym, confide in a friend, stay home and watch comedy movies (along with some popcorn or a pint of ice cream), go shopping, etc.

Personally, I tend to hit the gym or go hang with up-beat friends.
i generally listen to some happy music.. these guys always make me feel better!
