How to deal with helping my partner with OCD get back on medication?

Question:
I need help on how to communicate to my boyfriend I think he needs to get back on his medication for ocd. Our life is falling apart because of this issue, but I think it will push him away if I tell him what I think...
I don't know what to do.help!

Answers:
If you are genuinley concerned tell him what is best for him, if he pushes YOU (you are not pushing him just trying to help him) then oh well you tried.
Dont let him watch Monk on friday night at 9:00 on USA network. that should help

Tell him how you feel. It may offend him or hurt his feeling, but it could put the idea in his head and make him realize how he has been acting. Do what you feel you should do.
hi. if your whole life is falling apart i would sit down and talk to him...explain that u aren't doing this to hurt him but this is for u too. he has to understand that u are part of his life and his choices directly effect yours. i actually have ocd and if it ever got to the point that my husband thought he couldn't talk to be i would be devastated.please just talk to him
withold sex. He will cave in within days
If he really does love you, then he shouldn't let it push you apart if you talk to him about this. All I can say, is sit him down and tell him exactly how you feel.

I feel so blessed that my boyfriend is understanding about my OCD, although I am not on meds for it. I really hope that things work out and that he can get his, and your, life back on track.
