I have a tendency to go off on people when I'm really angry?

After the incident I started having second thoughts on how I could handle the situation better. I do this alot with people, even customers who work at my job., My boss has told me, I needed to be nicer. Should I get help or am I just fine?

I know what you mean, I used to be that way too. I still am, but I have self control these days.
You could try controlling your emotions more and think what you say before saying it... but if this has been going on for a long time, you should get help. Either from a professional or from someone who cares about you.
Most outbursts like you mentioned could turn violent as you grow older, you might start beating people up. If you have a hard time keeping yourself balanced, do get help...

If you are already on meds, have your doctor adjust. if not see your health practitioner
If this is your normal response to frustration,I would say get help immediatly! This doesn't sound good at all!Have you ever gotten physical w/anyone?(and i man in situations like this?)If you haven't,you might.You also might get fired and I'm surpised you didn't.But,if you think you have a problem(I think you think so)Then go to someone.Advice is what we ask for when we already know the ansewer to the question...TL
