How to get rid of that 'don't feel like studying' feeling?

Question:
please help, cuz my results are getting worse each tests cuz i'm not studying.:(

Answers:
if u don't feel like it,tell it to yur parents/frens.ask ur parents or frens to force u to study if you're saying that you don't feel like it.
get up, run two miles, shower, walk backwards 18 steps & sit down & try again. Sometimes it works.
Some things you just have to make yourself do whether you feel like it or not. It's hard the first few times, but if you can make yourself sit down and study, each time it will get a little easier. Good luck. I know you can do it.
lam is kind of right here. Running can increase blood flow to the brain, making it temporarily more studious. Also, there is an increase in actylcholine in your brain when you run, so this can make you more focused.
The next time you get a bad grade on a test, tell yourself that you are not doing well and that you must find a way to raise your grades.
Go volunteer for a couple hours at the homeless shelter.
You'll be back studying hard for the life you think is just going to happen.
Here's a hint - it won't happen if you don't work hard for it!
You have to change your thoughts. This involves recognizing the negative thought, and working at replacing it with a more postive one. This does take time, but I hope it will happen.
this is not a mental health issue. this is a question of self-discipline. you are not the only person that doesn't like studying. either you sit down and do it, or you don't. there's no drugs or therapy that can help that.
