DAY TO DAY & BEFORE THE TEST
-You must study day to day so that there would be less pressure before the exams.
-Also start your course on time to avoid last minute planning i.e. be well planned
-Have a good night sleep, sleep early
-No one can concentrate for more than 30-40 min, so take breaks very often.
-Don't watch TV or work on the PC during these breaks, lie down, take rest, cose your eyes...
-Before taking a break, take out 5 min to revise whatever you've done in the previour 30-40 min
-Turn the main points of each topic or heading into questions and check to see if the answers come to you quickly and correctly.
DURING THE TEST
-There are also some things to keep in mind when you are TAKING the test.
-First, read the directions carefully.
-Preview the whole test before trying to answer any questions.
-Plan your time. Allow the most time for the questions that offer the most points, and leave time at the end to review.
-Work on the "easiest" parts first. Pace yourself to allow time for the more difficult parts.
-Write in neat and legible handwriting.
-Save time at the end of the exam to review your test and make sure you haven't left out any answers or parts of answers.
AFTER THE TEST
-Make sure that you have written everything.
-Review the answers and find out whether you have missed out anything.

Also, make sure you are getting enough sleep. If you are lacking that will also affect your concentration.
Stay away from distractions... make sure you have had sufficient rest before you study...
