Your therapist can only tell your parents if they think you are in danger of hurting yourself or others. The therapist is legally and ethically bound to keep everything else confidential unless subpoenaed by the court and then their disclosure is very limited.
They cannot tell anyone anything at all (including parents) unless you are a direct threat to yourself or someone.
