Most dreams like this are anxiety dreams. Even if you're not aware of it, you're probably anxious about dying, and this spills over into your dreams. It's nothing to be alarmed about.
Dreams are not of reality. It is just something in the neural network which gathers a whole bunch of thoughts and images in your mind from the past present and future and puts them all together into one sort of dream. Thats why they usually do not make any sense. So continue to live your life happily and do not worry about it.
Dreams don't really have much to do with your life, they are just dreams. But if you did once try to kill yourself or sometimes you do get depressed than just for your safety and health you should see a therapist or psychiatrist. Take care.
Sweet Pea there is nothing wrong with you ok. Listen, most people have dreams all the time. I don't know if you know GOD but let me introduce him. He is your father and he is very loving and he gives us dreams to warn us about certain things. The paticular dream you are having as nothing to do with your death. May be someone around you like a friend or close relative maybe don't have long to live. Just know this death is apart of living ok. Don't worry GOD loves everyone especially you!
If you eat a lot of sugar, you'll have nightmares and weird dreams-- that's a proven fact. It has nothing to do with your thoughts, it's just the way the brain chemistry works. I doubt there's anything wrong with you, and I don't think calling yourself insane is going to be very beneficial.
"With children, nightmares often occur after eating sugar, spicy, or exotic foods before bedtime. Eating sugar before bed often results in high blood sugar (hyperglycemic) for a short while, then, often after the person goes to sleep the body becomes low in blood sugar (hypoglycemic) and this is thought to contribute to nightmares. In adults, eating sugary, spicy or exotic foods, drinking alcohol or taking drugs before bedtime often precipitates nightmares."
Don't worry there is nothing wrong with you. Sounds like you've had a traumatic experience with wanting to kill yourself in the past. Remember that a dream is created from thoughts you've had during the day or simply experiences that you've experienced over the years.
You'll make it worse by worrying that something is wrong with you, when nothing is really wrong!
Sleep dreams!
Dreams of death are often about change, not really death. It could be your dreams are reflecting the "death" of old, negative parts of yourself, as the new, more healthy parts of you are growing in!!
