It depends on the weather! If its a hot day, even if the car is parked in the shade, then yes, people can (and do) die from being left in a car - its common in summer for young children to die this way in warmer climates. But, given that you are 14, you would feel the temperature rising and roll down a window, open a door or get out of the car. If you didn't, you would die from the heat. Or, if you lived in a colder climate (with lots of snow), you could die from the cold.
But, lets say its an average temperature day, the car's interior is not too hot or too cold, then you would have sufficient oxygen and would not die - though you probably wouldn't feel too good afterwards!

I would love to help you out, but I do not understand your question. People sleep in cars all the time, on road trips, the homeless. I have no idea what a Shanpy is, so good luck with you detailed answer.
Yes, it's actually possible, and I hope nobody you know died- hope it was just your parents yelling at you for doing it!
I live in Arizona, and every summer there are stories in the paper about people leaving their kids or pets in the car, windows closed, and something bad happening to them. An enclosed car, even if it's not in the sun, in a place like Arizona can get really hot, really fast- up to 175 degrees! I've read about kids getting severe dehydration, heat stroke, brain damage, or even dying because of having been left in the car just for an hour or two.
The shar-pies, I don't know. They'd make the car hotter! I don't know if the dogs and kid together could use up oxygen faster than it could be replaced through cracks in the car (like around windows and doors) and you'd have to worry about suffocating.
So if somebody freaked out at you or a friend for doing this- they might be overreacting- or they might not!
