What is going on!?

Question:
I always feel sad, and nothing is ever right.
I don't know what's so messed up with me. But everything can be blamed on me it seems like. Plus to make it worse I can't really talk to anyone because I don't want to load it all off on one person.
What should I do?
What do you think is wrong?
please help and thanks.

Answers:
Who cares about loading it onto one person? Load it on every person you know, sister!

Be open with your feelings, don't hold them inside! Go to a counselor and load it up on her!

Be honest with yourself, but don't be condemning! You may just be stressed and overwhelmed.

Good luck!

WARNING: You may be depressed. Seek medical help if you begin feeling suicidal.
damn right! dont let that feeling consume you! you should go out for a fun night or something. good luck x
talk to a therapist... They are professionals and it is their jobs to help others figure out what is wrong. They can handle it. Not everything is all your fault. You need to stop blaming yourself. It will make you just feel worse about yourself.
I hope you start to feel better .
First you need to go to see a counselor. They could be at school. Doctors office. Or have you tried your Mom and Dad or any siblings? No one can figure out what is wrong with you but you. You said you can't really talk to any one person because you don't want to load it on one person. Well, I'm old enough, I've had enough stuff happen to me, do you want to e-mail me to see if I can get you to go to the right person? I'm not a person like you hear of on the Internet. I am a mother of a 27 year old daughter so I have helped her through alot. You decide or let your parents decide and if I hear from you, I'll know. Good Luck to you.
first of all, you have to think when and how it started, the most of this problems started with a trauma that you cant take off inmediatly. try talking on chats., look when you share your problems with strangers its more easy, because ou are not afraid that he will tell somone, and you dont know that person and his diferent way of thinking can help you, and when you feel you can talk to anyone, try, and it will seem its normal again
