Ways to get to sleep faster?


Question:
I'm about to go on a beach trip with my new youth group about 500 miles away from home, and I'm real nervous about getting to sleep easily. Do you have any suggestions that wouldn't remind me that I'm not home and would take my mind off of it?
I usually have trouble sleeping when I go to friends' houses and it's for a week so I'm really concerned!

hopefully, you'll be tired enough each night to fall asleep quickly anyways. Just relax, bring a book, and try to get up early each day so you'll be tired at night again.
