I know someone who takes both. They have no negative side affects, but im sure it depends on the person taking it.
adderall can make you moody and mean, especially when the drug starts to wear off. it can also cause you to make a lot of careless mistakes (while driving especially) as the drug tapers out of your system. i think focalin is the same type of drug, being a methamphetamine. the better option would be a methylphenidate product such as concerta (for long acting) or ritalin for short acting effects. all of these products list weight loss and headache as side effects.

focalin is supposed to be better. Adderall made my poor daughter go from a happy child to one who saw things trying to grab her out of her bed, and saying she had two people talking to her. One bad, one good. Needless to say , she no longer takes Adderall
My son is on focalin and he hasnt had any Side effects..He is doing great!
