Hi all.. I've been taking meds for 4 yrs and for the past 3 months have been off it, and so 2 days ago my family persuaded me to go back, and I took my "regular" dose, which is pretty high (15 Zyprexa and 150 topamax) and the next morning I almost passed out, feeling really nauseous. Also yesterday evening the same thing happened, i got really dizzy; i didn't take meds since 2 days ago and did drink a lot of caffeine yesterday - so maybe a combination? i don't even know if i want to go back on the meds but i've been really manic (i'm bipolar), spending excessively and so on. please help... thanks!

You always need to see your doctor before taking medication...even if you were on it before. After 3 months, it's out of your system, you need to start at lower doses and gradually increase. See your doctor for the appropriate dosages and regular follow-ups.
