Answers:
Talk with a school counselor or nurse privately. Or you can even go to a womens center like planned parenthood or something. Even though they may not be the issues you can find out how to go about talking to someone without your parents knowledge. If you have health care you can call them and ask what to do. sometimes they can refer you to someone without your parents knowledge. Even state child protective services. Give them the situation As long as they know your parents take great care of you its just weird to bring up (blah) to your parents. sometimes they know of groups or facilities that help kids in your state. They would prefer to help you now instead of waiting till you did blow up and did something crazy. good luck and i hope you find what your looking for.
You need to see someone, that much is clear. If you have a pastor or other non-biased adult, that should be your first step. If you do not, then its time to tell your parents that you think you need one. Which is worse, hiding your problem from everyone but still having that problem, or opening up to a few people and solving the problem?
You could try talking to your parents. A shrink will only give you an ear to listen to, but will not make anything go away. If you want a sympathetic ear to listen to you, try talking to your pet. They listen, their services are free, and you will get a nice hug or kiss afterwards. Their love is unconditional and they are nonjudgmental. In the end you will come out further ahead by confiding in your pets. Talk to Mom & Dad. They are more open to discussion than you think.
Consider trying your school counselor or a minister depending on your faith. Privacy laws protect you here and since paying for help will be difficult to keep from your parents, try these first. Secondly, check for local outreach programs (your counselor should know) that will allow you access to free counseling. Please do this. You can't imagine how it will help to talk about these things to a willing listener. Few adults seem to understand the challenges that their children face and are often pre-occupied with their own feelings and obstacles. Good Luck!
Call a crisis hotline , they can give you a referral and help with personal problems.

Its free !
You can get a lined notebook and write your story out in there. That sometimes helps.

The other advice here sounds really good.

Additionally, there are helplines and suicide lines. Sometimes you can call them. 99% of their calls are from people who just need to talk to someone, but are not suicidal. I volunteered at the one at Marble Collegiate Church in NYC. I don't know if it still exists. Over night, it gets pretty boring there as there aren't many calls, so you'd be doing them a favor! There are some people who call every day.

What is impressive about you is that you are aware that you have a lot bottled up. I did too when I was your age, but I was so confused, I didn't even realize this.
you have to cross that line or nothing will change. If you are living at home with your parents it might be hard for them to not know but if you talk to someone at school they can point you in the right direction and let them know that it is important to you that you have your privacy. My therapist right now has been really good at realizing how much I dont want to be near my parents and how when I had to go in the hospital I felt protected that I didnt have to see anyone I didnt want to. The system does respect all those wishes and to be honest I dont know where I would be without my therapist and my doc. Take that first step if you need the help you can get it .
since you are not an adult you are going to have to talk to your parents dear. Just let them know that you feel like you need professional help and advice.
