After being motivated by someone, ie. friend, speaker, group, workshop, etc. how do you stay motivated?

Question:
I asked a similar question recently, because I need help. I'm not trying to give you ideas on how to change your life. I'm asking for me.The question must be simple and clear enough. I got 2 really good ideas that I feel will help me from answerers that saw my question. They weren't ideas from me, of course, because I was asking for some ideas. You know you can't answer your own questions so I wouldn't be answering my own. Did you bother reading the answers I already got? That could've made it more clear. For example, I've been most recently motivated, to keep going in my life on this wretched Earth, by My Chemical Romance and get a really great high and beautiful feeling from their music & esp. from their shows. But I'm having trouble turning that into positive action to have a more permanent change on my life. The 2 answerers gave me good ideas that may help me. I just wanted to see if any other YouQA.com users had good ideas before time runs out and it is closed.

Answers:
Relevant magazines, music, literature, etc. A steady, and varied dose.
usually what get's me motivated is I write I read I go for walks I listen to music I hang out with friends it's what helps me get through my day in a positive way. . . .and I try not to let things get to me and not to take myself to seriously. . . .cause you are your own worst enemy
I keep a small notebook with me all the time... especially when I'm going to hear a speaker or to a workshop or something. I write down what *I* think as they speak, not what they say. I write down what I am motivated to do and why. Then when I get home, I plan in a time to review what I wrote and make a plan to change. And I make myself follow through. If you can share this with a friend or something, it makes a big difference, because they can help you remember your goals and keep you motivated. If I ever get motivated and I don't have a notebook with me or it doesn't seem right to write it down right then, I write it down as soon as I can. Usually it's not a whole thought, just something like, "Talk with Adam" or something, so when I look at that small note later when I have time, I can remember what I was doing when I felt motivated.

That probably didn't help.

Just do your best to relive the moment when you got motivated initially, and it will hopefully come back to you. Good luck!
Well. The things I like doing are going to a quiet place and think, writing about my thoughts, listening to music and watching life.
