Do i have what is called depression?


Question:
well i do belive that i have it has been a long time since i did something that realy mad me feel happy
i was studing out side my countery and i used to do what ever i want but after i finshed my studies i came and i was cut off from most the activity that i used to do even my freinds
so in the past 2 weeks i feel like there is nothing worth it
i dont spend that much time with my family but i have a good relation withg my coworker
i like to listen to music and watch movie i like even travil but i dont have the time to do all that
i work more than 85 hours per week and when i get home i dont feel like to go out or do any thing
iam aware from the fact that i need help but i dont know from who?
i used to have a good reltion with my sister but not my mom and that was long time ago and not any more
can some body tell me what should i do

Whoa! That is way too much time at work! People really need time off to take care of themselves and relationships outside of work. If you are not depressed yet, I am sure you are on a fast track there. Slow down...

It sounds like you are working too much. Maybe you should cut down on the work load and get out into the world and make some friends or catch up with old ones. You could try calling your sister and make some sort of plans with her. If you cant seem to be happy after that, try seeking professional help and see a therapist.
