Well, it's normal for anyone to have mood swings. My mom is bi-polar and doesn't take her medicine. She loses her ambition to do a lot of things and hates being social. The best way to know if you are diagnosed is to see a doctor.
Please, if you have to ask this, consult with your doctor. Don't use an internet forum where anyone can post anything and half the answers are spam.
Honestly, I do not think you are. You are just stressed.
If you have had your first period with in the last year, you could still be going through hormone changes.
Hey I know a little too much about being Bipolar.
I will give you sites, you can try to check it out.
If you have 95% of the signs, you should seek a psycologist (like I did), then if she/he decides you have a problem, they will suggest a psychiatrist.
You must remember that mood swings are not bipolar disorder, nor are they pms. They are Three different things.
No, you're not bipolar. Those who suffer from it have extreme ups and downs that will last a certain time. So you may be very happy, hyper, uppity for two weeks and then fall into an unexplained depression for the next two, and the cycle will go on, etc. And most people with bi-polar will have other things going on with them, ocd add etc etc.
You sound like any normal person, because everyone goes through things that will make them happy or sad. That's called... life.
Based simply on changing moods, no one can say you're Bipolar.
They can call you happy or sad, depending.
No, that's not bipolar. You're just experiencing normal teenage mood swings. People who are bipolar have more extreme ups and downs; they will be laughing one moment, the next crying and screaming for no reason. Absolutely none. Puberty causes adolescents to make mountains out of molehills.
Most likely, your bad thought causes negative emotions to surface, and subconsciously, they'll overwhelm, and you'll experience a meltdown through crying.
