It's basically an anti depressive and anti anxiety. It's used for depression, anxiety attacks (aka panic attacks), ptsd (post traumatic stress disorder).
The substance is sertraline. Zoloft is the brand name in the US!! I'm taking this one for depression and anxiety! :)
Its also used for obsessive compulsive disorder and panic disorders and posttraumatic stress disorder.
