Xanax withdrawal! Help?

Okay well i am 16 years old, and i have been taking xanax for 1 year, i take 2mg sticks & .05peach together. i usually have some kind of drug, either it will be somas, flexeril , valium 10mg or xanax, or rarely klonopin. i get soma, flexeril & valium sometimes from doctors, xanax i get from people i know. i haven't had anything for 2days and now realive i am expericing withdrawl, i cannt sleep, stayed up all night, i have bad hot flashes, extreme anxiety, i feel so nervous, muscle twicthes, shakey hands & also my head feels really dizzy, i am a emotional wreck! i have bad TMJ, and headaches, depression [ which i take lexapro ] and i have anxiety, i have been through alot in my life, and i realive i have been using all these drugs to cope, i am scared that i am having these problems?! what should i do? my whole family has had these problems, and now it is me, wat should i do!

You need to be in the hospital.

Detoxing from benzodiazapines (e.g., xanax, klonopin, valium) can kill you, not to mention the narcotics (e.g., soma). You don't get a second chance if you mess this up.

I'm not joking.

Tell your parents RIGHT NOW what is going on, and have them take you to the hospital.

Go see a psychiatrist, and let him get you on the correct meds, and monitor those same meds.

GO TO THE HOSPITAL!! DO YOU WANT TO DIE!! YOU COULD HAVE A HEART ATTACK!!! YOU SHOULDNT PLAY AROUND WITH XANAX!!!

benzo detox needs to be treated medically, whether at the hospital, a detox center, or through an addiction specialist that is also an MD. you can actually die form benzo detox so you are probably gonna want to go to the ER and tell them what's going on or at the very least call your PCP so he can give you some meds so you don't have a seizure. I know this is rough. i've been through it before. good luck to you.

You need to just bite the bullet and tell your mother or father that you need to be taken to the emergency room.

Once you get to the emergency room they usually have someone who specializes in drug addiction who can help you explain to your parents exactly what has been going on and will act as a mediator.
