Answers:
that would really depend on how bad the symptoms are as there is all different degrees so psychosis. you may still be suffering with PTSD and this is why you are still getting all these symptoms. please take to your doctor asap. don't be scared you could well be treated as an out patient. my doctor always asks if I feel I need to be in hospital and if I say no then no it is.
The destructive episodes could be considered a psychotic symptom, but if they are related to the PTSD, then the would not necessarily be considered psychotic.
If you are feeling suicidal and have major depression along with the rest of the symptoms you describe above, you definitely need to get some help...even if it means a hospital stay. There are many different things that the doctor can try to make you feel better, including medicines and/or forms of talk-therapy.
The length of the hospital stay will depend mostly on how quickly you show progress, and of course how long you need for the suicidal urges to pass. I think that since you realize that you need help and are willing to get it, your stay probably wouldn't be as extended as for someone who was in denial about everything.
Best of luck to you in getting the help you need.
I think you will probably be helped as an out patient.
Your doctor will prescribe the appropriate medications.
Ask for a referral to a therapist.
