The symptoms that you are describing sound very much like paranoid ideation. It appears that you have insight into your mental health problems and for most people an element of paranoid ideation is normal. However, it appears to be taking over your being and interfering with everyday functioning. There also appears to be an element of persecutory paranoia. It is important to establish whether you or your family have any history of mental illness. It would be far too soon to diagnose mental illness as many people present with symptoms and are not formally diagnosed with a psychotic condition.
The situations described sound more like paranoia than OCD. Unless these things interfere with your ability to enjoy life and be a productive human being, it probably doesn't rise to the level of a pathology and is just a little quirky. A lot of us have these worries occasionally.
I think of the same things...it is not paranoia or OCD. It is perfectly normal. Thinking about issues a day or two or something from the past is completely normal.
If you constantly think of someone taking a picture of you every minute of everyday...that's definitely paranoia and OCD!
This is more a paranoia problem not OCD. Please go to your doctor and tell him your symptoms. With medication and psychiatric help this problem CAN be helped. If you let it take control of your life then you could find yourself in a serious situation. Please, please speak to a doctor.
As others have stated, it's clearly more case of paranoia than OCD. OCD is often a more complicated fear, like: if I don't take exactly three pieces of toilet paper then something bad might happen. What you're feeling is most likely a paranoia stemming from some strong social anxiety. Talk to your doctor about it, there's some therapies and medications that could make your life a lot better.
This is not paranoia it is more like anxiety. We all worry, I even think that some level of anxiety is important. However, if your worries interfere with how you want to live your life and make you incapable of enjoying life then it is something that needs treatment.
Try not to worry too much and by the way exercising helps a lot :)
Half of the things you mentioned here are normal coz the world's going crazy and people have started fearing invasion of privacy, but you do show some signs of paranoia. Alongwith this, if you also feel anxious or panicky, you should see a shrink coz you might have a panic attack later if this is paranoia. Take care.
spunds more like paranoia than OCD..just because of the fact that your worried more so about the consequences of something happening than making sure that it doesnt happen my manipulating the situation/item.
thsi sounds more like paranoia then OCD
