I'm not sure if this'll help or not, but you're not alone. However, I have a specific reason that I don't want to talk to people from my past: 1. I don't have much to say.
2. I'm quite depressed and unhappy with my life
3. I bet that most of them are doing better than me

You have to find out what is bothering you and causing this obsession. Maybe you're disappointed or traumatized by an incident and just keep burying it to keep from dealing with it. Eventually you do have to deal the things of the past but these things don't have to control who you are today. People change and so can you.
You have an aversion to people...some call it social phobia...if it gets in the way of your functioning, see a counselor...
