Dear Shilla.If you ever find a foolproof way to do this, be sure to write it down for publication. When I say "foolproof" I meant that it has to be easily accessible to the masses and clinically proven. You will be famous/rich and every history book and medical journal will cite your contribution to society.

that's a strange thing to ask because the mind in which you think is made up from the brain in your head. so on a technical level yes because your brain needs to work to produce the mind.
I dont understand why you think your mind and your brain are different. Aren't they the same? Surely everybody can control what they choose to think about.
