You can overdose on most every drug, vitamin, mineral supplement, etc. One of the most lethal drugs to overdose on is available at any local pharmacy without a prescription.
In the general publics eye, an overdose usually means to take enough of a drug to cause, or nearly cause, death. The true definition of an overdose is to take more of a drug that is medicinally necessary, especially when the dose of the drug causes adverse effects that would not be present if the proper dose was taken.
There are many drugs out there, prescription or over the counter, that will not kill a person no matter how many pills are taken. Many of these pills do, however, leave the person with severe organ damage that is irreversible.
I don't know why you asked this question, but keep in mind that while some drugs are deadly when taken in large amounts, many are not and leave the person living with severe health problems and pain.
You can overdose on any medication or supplement.
