Need Help! Murder Scare.?

Question:
Recently, the head nurse from my sisters school, along with her two daughters were brutally killed. Last year, my sister went to her every day to get medications; she was a really nice lady. My mom even talked to her on the phone a few times. When I was in grade 7, I remember seeing her around campus and in the nurses office. I am now a sophomore and have moved across the country while my sister continued to board at the school. I can't go to sleep without being terrified out of my mind. Just to know that someone I have seen has been strangled to death is hard to take. It makes me feel like next it could be me, or my friends or family. What can I do? Answers:
Well, the 2 who've been charged with the family's deaths---they are locked up and will be for a LONG time. They were on parole when they committed this. Just don't go out at night alone or meet up with strangers you meet online. 99% of the time, those types of crimes happen because one of the family members became involved---meaning someone in their family knew/knew of those 2 men. I find it very interesting that the husband survived..hhhmmmm.
All I can say is that I am so sorry.
I am aware of that tragedy... When thongs like that hits close to home it is going to shake you up. That is natural. I would be worried if it did not frightened you.
Now is the time to be grateful for what you have, and cherish your loved ones. Never take for granted the people in your lives because one day, something could happen. By the way i am rooting for those men to get the death penalty.
