Should i increase my lamictal or wellbutrin ?
Question:

I agree wholeheartedly with the first answer, and I cannot stress how important it is to stay on the medications as it was agreed upon the last time you spoke with your doctor.
I will also reiterate her statement that your doctor will have someone who is taking care of her patients while she is on vacation and you should talk to that doctor before changing anything.
I am sorry you are so depressed, and I truly hope you have someone to talk to about it. If all else fails, pick up the phone and call one of the hotlines available in your area. I know sometimes it's hard to talk to a complete stranger but sometimes this can be a wonderful release. The person does not know you and will not judge you.
I hope you start feeling better.
Brightest Blessings,

NEVER change your meds without your docs knowledge. THere is a doc covering for your doc so call tomorrow and talk to the doc covering for your doc abou this.
I say, if your doctor told you to increase it, go ahead and do it but call her back (even if all you do is leave her a message) and let her know that you are going to increase it and ONLY to the new dosage that she suggested, and, even if she's on vacation---find SOMEONE that you can confide in to talk to Especially when you are feeling like you are at this time. Another thing, DO NOT ISOLATE yourself! This is most definitely NOT a time to be alone..Stay as active as you possibly can. Make an effort to be in the presence of your family & friends, even if its just one or two of them at a time.
In the morning -
call your Dr.'s number again.
There should be instructions to call a different Dr.
in case of emergencies (yours sounds like it could be an emergency)
Or, you can always go to the ER at the hospital.
