sorry for your loss. Time will heal you and you should focus on rediscovering yourself. Most of those books repeat the same thing...just in different words. I am sure man people have there favorites but I encourage you to explore yourself and join clubs/groups that serve your interests to get you out of the focus of your divorce. You need to reinvent yourself and therapy could help you or you could just move on by finding yourself. Good luck to you!
I think you should join a support group, somewhere you can talk openly about things. It is much better to talk out loud with other people than to lock yourself up and read a book. Getting out and about in the community will help a lot. Depending on where you live, go for long walks in the mountains, the beach through parks. The point is, is to get out, breath the fresh air and meet other people. Call you local county mental health and they can refer you to support groups in your area.
