If it's medications you need to discuss, you can call your local pharmacist with those questions.
If you are needing to discuss your current emotional crisis, you can call a crisis (rape/suicide) hotline.
If it is guilt you can't get under control, call a church and talk with the minister or counselor
I do know of some online "coaching" done by professional counselors. I do not know the cost. They also do a nationwide counselor referral network. 1-800-NEWLIFE

There are several web sites that you can visit that you can email a psychiatrist or mental health professional to talk to just get on the web and, in the search for box, type something like "mental health," or "depression" or what ever your problem is.
A few sites you might find helpful are: nhma.org (National Mental Health Association): mentalhelp.net: webmd and discoveryhealth.
