Sleep talking, what should I do?

Question:
I have been sleep talking since I was young and now I am almost 22, but it has never stopped. I don't only talk, sometimes I scream, shout, cry, and murmur. What should I do to cure it? Have anyone had been like me?

Answers:
To be honest, there isn't really much you can do to treat it. However, sometimes you can do your best to mentally block things out before you sleep because bad dreams, etc. are inspired by stress. Try counting to 100 when trying to get to sleep, or picture a beach or some other calming situation because it eases stress. Also, writing down your problems prior to going to bed can keep you from thinking about them and getting stressed out. You can try sleeping pills, but they often do more harm than good because you can become dependent on them, or you could have bad side effects and fall asleep while driving or something.
Hey, I've been known to sing in my sleep! There is no cure. Something you just have to live with. Plenty of 'herbal' remedies out there... none of which work since science does not yet know the reason for these occurences.
i dont think there is any cure for that

Most ailments of this kind are related to the food we eat. Try eliminating junk food from your diet. Eat lots of fresh vegies and fruit. Drink lots of water. Excercise every other day. I think you will find your sleep talking diminishes if you follow these guidelines.
before sleep , free your mind and tell yourself that you won,t talking in your sleep again.
