I think its normal. Sad to say but I love surfing the net when I am bored but these days not even that is craving my boredom. When you're going through alot in your life, sometimes that can affect you too. Sounds like depression has set in too. You may want to talk to a professional about that. when my mind is not occupied, my brain starts with all the bad thoughts and i get real depressed and witrhdrawn and then thats usually when the suicidal thoughts start pouring in.
You could be a lilttle depressed. Are you in school or anything like that...You need to stay focused. Herbal remedy ginko biloba help with focus.

Seriously. Work out. Clean your house. Do your laundry and wash your dishes. There is always stuff to be done. Do it and get off your hiney.
sounds like depression to me, I have been that way since I lost my husband. Try to talk to someone, maybe even a counselor, try to get this worked out before it gets worse.

And the one about suicide, that is how I lost my husband, you very much need to seek professional help and there aree groups on line and suicide help phone numbers, please contact someone. The is nothing worse than grieve of losing someone to suicide. It is fast and solves your problems, but others just begin theris beacuse of it, Remember you can't take it back once it is done.

I could of wrote that, as that's just how i feel allot too, well at least you know your not the only one that feels that way, there's allot i like to do that is also getting boring, sometime i just go back to bed and try to sleep it all away, but i cant stand that, as i find its boring, sorry i don't have a answer for you but welcome to the club.
boredom is a conscious descision in my opinion. at any given point there is always something that you can find to do to entertain yourself. HOWEVER. there is a problem that quite a few people have when it comes to entertain ment. the problem in a word is APATHY. not caring. wanting to do something but nothing looks good. I would suggest learning the mental discipline of contentment. contenment is a discipline its something that is hard to learn therefore, very few people ever see the purpose. but those those of us who have, live a much more joyful lifestyle. contentment will help your finances, stress levels, relationships, mood swings, and physical fitness. I say this beacuase when you become content, you stop wanting which really helps your wallet, when you are content, your stress is down you just relax and take life in, most people think that paradise is at a beach or some other dream setting. the reality is that paradise is all in your head no place on earth is perfect. a person who goes to the beach isn't going to all of a sudden be complete and stop wanting things just because they see water and feel sand. its going to have the opposite effect. so being content is all in accepting what you have. your relationships will improve because youre at peace and are not stressed out which gives you more patience to deal with persoality quirks. this also explains mood swings. and fitness because you have no more emotional baggage. you can start working out (or continue) and be at peace with the fact that life is life and if you are honestly trying then hey its ok.
it sounds hippish, but it works. I'm not saying quit your job and become a tweaker, I'm saying be happy.
