I believe those are all the signs of depression, the mood swings, confusion, and not being able to concentrate.
You should really considering talking to your doctor so he can help get you help. He or she may prescribed a medication for you and also have you talk to a therapist, so they can see where your feelings are coming from. Once you get help things will start to ease, and you will be able to enjoy the things you once did.
Good luck, and I hope you feel better.
A lot of people in the world as you call it lash out.

Could be a combination of many things.you need to talk to your dr. It sounds like borderline bi-polar and possibly ADHD. You need to look into these yourself and then talk to your dr.
Are you unhappy with yourself and can't do the things you want to do anymore or irritated about life?
Could Be Depression. Could be ADHD. Could be Bi-polar. Could be a mood disorder. Could be A-typical depression. Could be just about anything in the DSM-IV. Could be nothing and just who you are.
The best way to get this taken care of is simple.
Go see a pysch. and get a full work up. These symptoms can overlap in just about every single disease state.
Well it sounds like you could be under a lot of stress, but i also think that maybe you should go and see a professional, and see what is going on. It is not good to have these mood swings like you are having, and taking it out on the family, and always feeling confused, so it would say go and talk with a professional, about these problems you are having. God bless.
It means you need to go see your doctor. You sound like you are depressed with mood swings, they have meds that can help you with both! Good luck! Keep your head up! Don't wait to much longer it might get worse! hugs!
Hey, that's exactly how I feel now!! I hope there's nothing wrong with us. I feel confused all the time too. I tried to justify it by saying I'm clinically depressed, but I'm not sure. I have mood swings and don't enjoy things as I used to. Too bad for me, I don't have any friends and I'd just die for a comforting hug. If you have a friend, talk to him/her. Try not to keep anything inside. And let your friend keep you busy in any way possible.
Good luck. To both of us. Email me if you want.
