How do I stop worrying so much?

I have a huge problem when it comes to worrying, anxiety, and apprehension. I'm always worrying about the future and thinking about bad things happening. I'm afraid that what happened to other people will happen to me and I'm afraid that things won't go the way I want them to. All this is giving me tons of stress and affecting my physical health. I'm worried sick, and I know it's extremely unhealthy, but I just can't stop worrying.

Set a goal and work your plan. Take one step at time, doing a little bit each day.

Since you will be working on your plan, you won't need to worry because you will know what you will be actually doing tomorrow. You won't need to imagine.

Focus on the here and now.

This is the only time and place that you can actually do something concrete.

Take a lot of deep breaths. When your stressed out you tend to take very shallow breaths.

Go for walk each day and keep on smiling.

It is called GAD. Find ways to relax. Exercise. Get therapy. It can really help. It will work to uncover the real cause. Medication might be in order if you are really bad.
I recommend some tests . DO them every day or week. Test your friends. Test the gravity.Test your god. PM me on messenger if you need the test forms. Like I always test the ladder before climbing. I test people often. I test my car before high speeds. Do you ever test your brakes??
you need to relax, and be able to clear your head of all of those worries. there is not reason to worry about the future, cause you really do not know what is in your future. And bad things are always happening here, and in other countries, and i really do not think that is going to go away. Yes stress does effect your physical health in a big way. And if u r under this much stress, maybe you should go and talk with an professional , cause they can help you with the problem.

You sound just like me, you poor thing. I can totally relate. It's generalized anxiety, and the best medication I have found is BuSpar. It's non-habit forming, and will definitely help you. It sort of "takes the edge off" your worrying. Almost everyone in my family has anxiety. Therapy has never helped me, although it's always worth trying.

You need to learn to not worry about the things that are beyond your control. There are greater forces than us that control the things that we cannot. You have to believe in a higher power. Now, I'm not getting all religious on you, I don't care if you believe in God, Jesus, Allah, Moses, Mother Earth, Fate, Kharma, The North Star or a deceased loved one. Something guides this sphere we call home that hurdles through the universe at break-neck speeds in a spinning fashion. That something is not you or I. Well im going to give you some straight up advice, You may be a little selfish. You probably wonder about yourself all the time rather than others. Take the focus off yourself for a while and reasearch about children in Africa, kids who dont have homes, and etc. Then youll see how bad the real world is Compared to your situation. Im not trying to be mean or anything, but just truthful.
