I always get rid of stress by taking a long walk or any form of vigorous exercise!
get an mp3 player and put on your favorite songs.go for a 30 min walk with you mp3 player. trust me it gets rid of stress. And dont think to much as that causes stress.

get a stress ball at walgreens or wal mart cause ive tried them and they do work you just squeeze the crap out of em and all the stress is gone but be careful cause they can break some times and you will need to buy a new one and they only cost about 3.00 so get one

Try breathing exercises and meditation, with positive visualization. It's a good place to start, and I find it's the best way for me to calm down and get rid of stress.
Also, making time for your friends is a great way of relieving stress. You must take time out for yourself in your busy schedule. I hope your stress lessens and improves.

Stress arises when you resist how things are. I cannot imagine what your job is like. however, you're probably pushing variables into places they're not moving to on their own, which is resisting the way it is. Get it?
