Panic attacks?
Answers: Panic attacks can come back. My gut attitude is that they will remain with you for the rest of your go in some shape or form. They can for sure go away or maybe even appear to be completely gone, only to return years subsequently. You might understand what I am motto (even though others may not, because everyone reacts differently). I've have them since 1981 and they get better and consequently it comes back. It's really a rotten condition to enjoy.
If drugs aren't having the desired effect, why not try an alternative route? The notion is really not to be afraid of it. You may still be troubled by it from time to time, but you can brush it aside as if it's no big deal. Check out these 2 resources. They own helped thousands of individuals and I really think you can benefit from any one of them. Remain positive, because you can do this. I've been at hand myself (hell and back).
Try meditating by breathing within and out with thinking zilch else except feeling the upper air passing through the tip of your proboscis.. when it goes into the introductory.. keeping in your mind and adage it in your mind "it's going in" or "going out " as it does.. Try doing it 10 mins a sunshine.. if you can do more than that.. try incraseing the duration of meditating as days walk by.. Hope you feel better..
